1. Who provides the service.

2. What these terms cover.

These terms govern access to and use of Klonable Business by shops and professionals. The public website explains the product and lets you request information; the features available in your account may differ from the landing page demonstrations.

Website demonstrations are examples: they do not take payments, send orders or register real customers. Submitting “I want my Klon” requests a conversation; it does not create an account or purchase a plan.

3. Your account and your shop.

Use your own account or one you are authorised to use, and provide accurate information. Keep your access secure and let us know if you notice unauthorised use.

Organisation and shop permissions determine what you can view or change. Sharing a link or opening a screen does not grant additional permissions.

4. Your judgement still matters.

Klonable tools can help you prepare information and make running your shop easier. Review suggestions before using them and check that they suit your business.

Only provide content and data you are authorised to use. Do not include information about customers or other people unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.

5. Purchases and payments.

Visiting the website, leaving your email or enabling analytics does not authorise charges. A plan’s prices, features and terms will be presented explicitly before you purchase it.

If a feature is being tested or has limitations, check the information provided with it. To clarify what your current access includes, contact hola@klonable.com.

6. Privacy and analytics.

Our privacy policy explains what data we process, why and how to exercise your rights. Our cookie information describes technical storage and preferences on the website and in the apps.

Sharing usage analytics is optional. You can decline or withdraw permission in Your account → Privacy without changing your access to the service. Accepting these terms does not enable analytics.

7. Availability and help.

If you find an error or cannot sign in, contact hola@klonable.com and tell us which feature you were using, without including passwords or sensitive information.

Features may evolve. When a change affects your terms of use, we will provide the relevant information.

8. Applicable rules and contact.

The law applicable to your relationship with Klonable applies, without excluding any mandatory rights. You can read and save these terms at klonable.com/condiciones.
